Living in Vancouver

A friend of mine who lives in Vancouver, BC, Canada decided to move north after only three months of his stay there. He wasn’t quite happy with the apartment he lived in. He made Nepalese friends in North Vancouver and that was where he decided to relocate. It did seem a pretty pain-staking task to move considering the things he had acquired for his apartment. But he was determined to move. He had heard of moving companies abroad which one wouldn’t find back in his home country and so made up his mind to trial one. He searched over the internet and picked one of the North Vancouver Moving Companies. All he did was fill up the form available in the company website and a couple of men in uniform arrived at his apartment geared up on the day of moving.

A bunch of such professional movers and packers operate in Vancouver with some even servicing all over Canada and USA. There also are other Burnaby Movers and Surrey Movers nearby that function beyond their definite area offering personalized relocation services at affordable costs.
Vancouver is one of the most favored cities to live in. Known as the city where the sea meets the mountains, it is one of the most populated in Canada. It is also the most varied with respect to ethnicity, culture and language. Nearly half of the people in Vancouver do not speak English as their primary language. However, the inhabitants prefer to live in their respective groups in order to practice and preserve their culture. A clean, organized and beautiful city, Vancouver draws a lot of immigrants who come here for study, work or even get settled. It has a mild and moderate climate compared to other cities in Canada. Warm, dry and sunny summers and not so chilly winters make Vancouver more inhabitable.

Vancouver boasts of a beautiful surrounding with pristine beaches, parks and plenty of scenic views. Moving around is convenient with abundance of options available for commuting. Vancouver has ferries, buses and an extensive rail system interconnecting major cities in British Columbia. Also, it has a network of bicycle lanes that can easily be accessed from any part of the city. The air is clean which favors a healthy and prolonged life. Surrounded by mountains and seas, one can find a host of recreational activities that one can engage in all year round. Also alluring is its closeness to the rivers, lakes and mountains that heighten the possibilities of adventurous activities. The one negative aspect is that Vancouver is an expensive city to live in.
